Job Description

We’ll be straightforward about this. This is a pure hunter role. As a BDM, you will identify prospects and engage them in the sales process. From cold-call to close.  Ideal candidates are self-starters and resourceful. We'll expect you to collaborate with your team, developers and company leaders to present, develop and execute new sales strategies for Agency Revolution. We need passionate, hard working, talented individuals that want to surpass their current skill sets. Learning is hard and so is this job. Change is our only constant and Agency Revolution. We are nimble, dynamic and able to make decisions quickly. We have the right to change our minds just as quickly as we've made them up. It can be too much for some. Others thrive. We’re looking for the latter.


Qualifications
 

This is an outbound sales position with a legitimate six figure income schedule. Before you apply, be sure you;

  • Are driven to make money by working hard, creating your own opportunity and are adept at closing sales
  • Have a successful history of B2B sales. Selling into owner operated businesses is a plus
  • Can manage a complex sales process
  • Can maintain daily, weekly and quarterly activity levels
  • Have the ability to get your personality across using phone, email, video conferencing and desktop sharing technologies
  • Have a high comfort level using sales management software (Salesforce, HubSpot etc)

The ideal candidate will have outbound sales, software and insurance experience.
